It is a humble concept

Built on two Japanese words:

Kai Zen

Some know it as continuous improvement (or CI)

It means “Good Change;”

An idea we all might want to implement personally.

Because at its core it asserts that

Small, good changes, made consistently, over time

Produce large results.

And it is proven to be successful.

Do you have the curiosity to improve yourself?

Your skills?

Your business?

This contest is against a formidable competitor. . .

You! And

You'll need to be at the top of your game!

Be honest.

To improve what you produce

You must first improve yourself from inside out.

To do that you must choose what needs improvement first.

Practice with this exercise

I refer to as

The “Zen of Letting go, and Embracing.”

Long term results begin immediately after beginning

And last as long as you seek improvemnt.

Write down where you begin and plot each day's success.

Here's your assignment:

Over the next 12 months

Increase each of the following-

(And please share any innovations):

A.) Letting go of:

Comparing

Competing

Worrying

Judging

Regrets

Anger

Blame

Guilt

Fear

B.) Embracing:

Laughter

Smiling

Joy

Giving

Forgiving

Peace

Love

I offer one suggestion:

Begin by practicing improvement in the frequency of your laughter,

Even if it’s only about your inability

To let go of any or all of the above, “Letting Go ofs.”

I believe you're going to be more successful than ever!
